Capabilities

The DSP’s 10,000 square foot facility offers the following array of equipment:

• 3D Laser scanning of models
• CNC stone-milling on three separate custom-built Omag milling machines (a massive
• 5-axis gantry style mill, a 4-axis large-scale lathe for blocks up to 10 feet in length, and a 3 axis lathe)
• Precision monumental-scale stone-cutting (by both Pellgrini CNC diamond wire saw and Löffler bridge saw, aided by 3 overhead bridge cranes with a maximum capacity of 30 tons)
• Diamond core-drilling
• Large variety of onsite stone, including marbles and granites.
  These resources are complemented by a full assortment of more traditional carving, surfacing and polishing equipment. A complete selection of hand and power tools is available. A highly skilled staff trained in both traditional and digital methods is available for consultation, project development and on-site supervision of production.
